Check the bulletin board upon entering the campground for specific times and location of our events.
Holiday weekend guests will receive an activity list with their reservation confirmation.
Holiday weekend activity sheets will also be available in the registration office.

Reserve early to get your favorite campsite.

Please note: To help promote the "Green campaign" campers are encouraged to bring their own Table Service to the pot luck dinners.
Please respect your neighbors - do not make unnecessary noise.

Stop by the Town Hall for a "Sweet Treat & Free Cup of Hot Cocoa"
(p.s. Limited Time Only --- there is a lot of kindling, feel free to gather / clean it up - burn it up!)

24-25 Seasonal Meeting / Ham & Beans Dinner
Meeting will be held at 4 PM Saturday with a "Seasonal Cash Drawing" & Ham/Beans dinner to follow.
Let our "Seasonals Only - Ultimate Challenge" begin!
Seasonal Campers are encouraged, ALL CAMPERS are welcome!  Bring your bowl

 1- 2 "Americus Spring Fling - AACC Pancake Breakfast & Craft Fair
Start your day off at the Americus Area Community Coalition's Annual "All you can eat" Pancake Breakfast." Come up for Breakfast Saturday between 8 & 10:30 AM., then browse the craft booths of regional crafters.
(Don't forget, Mothers & Fathers day are right around the corner, you might just find that perfect "unique" gift!)

8-10   Mothers Day Weekend / Wine & Cheese Party
It's a "Mom" weekend! Join us for the "Wine & Cheese Party" Saturday evening & the Mother's Day Breakfast" Sunday morning ($).
(mom's eat free!!)
15-16    Chili Cook-Off  Who's chili will win this years trophy? While the chili is simmering come try our "Frisbee Throwing Competition" Saturday afternoon. Then come up for some LCR after dinner. Come Hungry, there will be a lot of chili to sample & eat!
22-24    MEMORIAL DAY Weekend*...   No Reservations are being accepted
Seasonal Camper Flag Hunt - Find the 24 "lettered" checkered flags located throughout the campground. Write down the letter from each of the flags. Then figure out what the letters spell.  Get the entry sheets from the "Staff".
Family Fun Games, "Indy 500" matchbox car race, Bingo. Cornhole tourney, Then join us for some fun at our annual "Karaoke Party"  
29-30 Penny for your Thoughts weekend
It's all about the penny this weekend! Try the Penny Toss Game & join us for a "Cookie Feast & Penny Bingo.
Please bring a plate of cookies to share and Don't forget your Pennies!!

12-13 Poker Scavenger Hunt
Pick up your list from the Town Hall and start the search! "Best Poker Hand" wins the Grand Prize!
Stop by the concession stand and try our "Taco Bar." (cancelled due to C19)
19-21  Fathers Day Weekend / 24th Annual Fish Fry
Make sure you sign up for our
"Father Child Cornhole tourney"
Then prepare for a Feast! Bring a dish to share WLTC will provide ALL the food for the Fish Fry ($5.00 pp) on Saturday then join us Sunday morning for Biscuits & gravy($)  Dad's get their first bowl "Free"! 
26-27  It's A Tropical Weekend
Try your luck at the
"Pink Flamingo Toss" then cool off with a "Tropical Slushie" in a WLTC Souvenir Cup ($). Then Saturday evening put on your Hawaiin Shirts and Leis and come enjoy "Guitarist John Stevens" around the Campfire.

July 2 - 4  Fourth of July Weekend   (payment required at time of reservation)
Annual Golf Cart & Bike Parade, Bingo, Cornhole Tournament, Home-Made Ice Cream, and of course our Annual Fireworks Display - Saturday July 5th. (Fireworks donations appreciated)

10-11   Minute to Win It Weekend Can YOU accomplish the Challenge in these "skilful" games? Come give it a try, you may just win the Grand Prize.
17-18   Blast from the Past Weekend Stop by the "Malt Shop" for a hamburger & Malt. Enjoy a live performance by "Acoustic Artist "Dillon Bickett" with tunes from the past.
24-25   Pirates & Treasure Weekend  Find the Gold and try to win one of the Prize filled Treasure Chests. Create a "Paper" boat and come compete in our "Pirates Boat Race"

31 - 1    Summer Picnic & Corn Boil - What's Summer without a picnic? Picnic Games, face painting, music & food! We'll supply the burgers and corn, just bring a picnic dish to share.

7- 8     Square dancing  It's time to "Swing Your Partner"! Come create your own "Ice Cream Sunday"($) & feel free to join the Lafayette Fun Squares dance Saturday Evening.
14-15   Photo Scavenger Hunt  Time to explore the Campground! How many items can You locate? Snap a picture and receive a raffle ticket for each item found.

21-22   BINGO MANIA Weekend  We have a whole weekend of Bingo planned! "Chocolate Bingo", "Mystery Bingo" and our 13th Annual "Bingo Tournament" ... Good Luck! 
28-29  Birthday Weekend  Lets celebrate "Everyone's" Birthday!  Join us for Cake & Ice Cream and our "White Elephant Birthday Present Exchange"          (Bring a Gift - Receive a Gift)

 4- 6   Labor Day Weekend*  (payment required at time of reservation)
Lots to do ! ! !  Games, Bingo, Corn hole Tournament, Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast ($), (Sunday Morning) , then end the weekend at our "Funky Dance Party" Grab your friends and dance the night away to these "fun" songs!

11-12     Pajama Party Weekend - This is Candys' Favorite weekend!! Lets stay in our jammies & relax! Join us in the Town Hall Saturday evening for a  "Pizza Party & Trivia Contest."
18-19  Apple Popcorn Festival  Come camp and visit nearby Brookston for the Annual Popcorn Festival.
 
Make sure pi pick up an item from your "garage-sailing" for "Brown Bag Bingo" Saturday Night in the Town Hall
25-26 Golf Cart Games & Hog Roast*
Get your golf cart tuned up and ready for a day full of fun & games.
Several games played from the seat(s) of your
golf cart. Then join us for our Annual
Hog Roast Pot Luck (Please bring a dish to share)

Get your reservations in early & don't forget to bring your donation for the annual "Chili Pot Supper"

 (Donations of a chili ingredient appreciated, the campground provides all the meat for safe food handling)

 9-10  Football Fever Weekend   It's ALL about Football! -AACC Pancake Breakfast & Fall Festival

"Football throwing contest", "Football Trivia Contest" and a "Soup'er Bowl Potluck". Bring your favorite pot of soup to share.
17-18  Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner Weekend - We'll have Games.. try to become the "Winner Winner" and a Chicken Dinner Pot Luck. What's YOUR favorite Chicken dish? Bring enough to share!
23-24  Halloween Weekend*     (payment required at time of reservation)
Get ready for a Ghoulish Good Time!!
Pumpkin carving, trick-or-Treating, Spaghetti Dinner ($), Costume Party & Karaoke!  HAPPY HAUNTING !
30-31  Farewell Steak Fry  (RSVP required)
Come say farewell to yet another great season of camping and good friends.
Steak Dinner ($$) with all the extras! Salad Bar, Rolls, Baked Potatoes and Dessert. YUM!
(Hamburger meals ($) also available)

Please get your reservations in Early so we can plan ahead
 
Open for overnight, weekly & monthly camping throughout the winter.
Limited services November through April 15th
Primitive, Electric Only and a few Full Hook-ups
(water depending on temperatures)
