All campers are allowed access to the
restrooms/showers, Potable Water, Recreation Building (during posted hours),
Playground (daylight hours only), Volley Ball Court, Basketball
Court, Swimming Pool (during posted hours/weather permitting), Hiking Trails,
Boat Ramp and access to the Wabash River (No Swimming allowed in the river).
Each site rental includes a picnic table & fire pit.
Camping Fee:

Campsite:

Our campsites are designed for one

Check in times are from 2:00 PM to
10:00 PM, (by 11 PM on Friday/Saturday) |

Later arrivals should make arrangements
with manager prior to their arrival.

Cord (of wood) -
a unit of wood cut for fuel equal
to a stack

Daily Camper:
|
A camper or group of campers paying a
daily rate to camp. Generally entering one day and exiting the next. |

A daily camper may extend their stay by
paying an additional fee for each day of camping.

Deposit
|
Our deposits for a camping sites are
Non refundable. |
|
Deposits are the fee paid to the
campground to reserve a site for a particular period of time.
|

The required deposit is a one night
camping fee or an amount set by the campground. |

Eviction: What happens when you
disobey campground rules. Our rules have been established for the benefit of all
guests. In the event of an eviction you will LOSE your camping privileges and
fees.
Face Cord (of firewood) -:
a unit of wood cut for fuel equal to a stack 4 × 8 feet with lengths of pieces
from about 12 to 16 inches in length.

Fire Ban - Usually issued by a
governmental entity when extreme dry conditions apply in which open fires could
be a hazard to the community. State issued fire bans are generally issued by the
State Fire Marshall, Local fire bans are issued by the County Commissioner or
the local Fire Chief.
Fire Ban Waiver - A waiver may be
issued to individual events providing certain conditions exist and generally
require additional proceedures to be maintained during the waiver period.

Monthly camping rates are for the
purpose of campers staying at the campsite on a daily basis.

Maximum stay for monthly campers is 6

Pets:
|
Pets are allowed but must be
kept leashed. |
|
Tenants are responsible for cleaning up
after their pets. |
|
We also recommend that pets are NOT
left unattended. |
|
We reserve the right to refuse entry of
"mean" or "barking" pets. |
|
Managers will determine what is
considered a "mean" pet. |
Primitive: (upper & lower levels)
|
Primitive camping areas are allowed
fire pits in designated areas. |
|
Maximum of two (2) tents are allowed
per site for one household family. (one large and one small tent). |
|
Additional tents will require the rent
of an additional site. |
|
Most of the primitive campsites are
along the banks of the Wabash River and care for safety should be taken when
setting up the site. |
|
Management reserves the right to assign
camping areas. |
|
Maximum night stays in tents. |
Rick (of firewood) -
a pile of material (as cordwood) split from short logs.
Commonly known as a "face

Seasonal:

Our camping season is from Mid April to
the last weekend of October. |
|
The Seasonal Camping Rates are based on
only weekend, holiday and vacation use of the site.
The seasonal campers will be invoiced monthly for electric usage. |

We allow the camping unit to
stay on the site year round at no extra charge. |
|
Additional fees will applied for off
season use of the campsite.
|
Quiet Time:
|
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 am.
|
|
No loud music or noise is allowed at
any time! |
|
Please be considerate of fellow campers
and respect their Leisure Time.

All Guest Pass holding persons agree to
abide by the posted campground rules. |

Persons or families holding a seasonal
guest pass, may, at certain times be refused access to any or all of the
campground premises. |

The campground is for paying
Camping guests. |

There is a NO refund policy for guest
pass holding customers. |
Weekly:

Weekly camping is based on
campers continued use of the campsite for one week |
|
A maximum tent stay is 1 week.
