All campers are allowed access to the restrooms/showers, Potable Water, Recreation Building (during posted hours), Playground (daylight hours only), Volley Ball Court, Basketball Court, Swimming Pool (during posted hours/weather permitting), Hiking Trails, Boat Ramp and access to the Wabash River (No Swimming allowed in the river). Each site rental includes a picnic table & fire pit.

Camping Fee:

   The amount charged for access to the campground for camping privileges,
             The camping fee Must be Paid upon registration.  

Campsite:

A piece of land in which a recreational vehicle or camping unit is placed.

Our campsites are designed for one household family.

We allow one (1) camping unit on a campsite and one (1) vehicle per campsite.

Campsite sizes and services vary.

Check-In:

Check in times are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, (by 11 PM on Friday/Saturday)

Later arrivals should make arrangements with manager  prior to their arrival.

Early check in subject to hourly charge.

Check-out:

  Check out times is BEFORE 2:00 PM

Late check out subject to hourly charge.

Cord (of wood) - a unit of wood cut for fuel equal to a stack 4 x 4 x 8 feet or 128 cubic feet.

Curfew:

Children under 18 are required to return and remain at their campsites by 10:30 PM

Daily Camper:

bullet

A camper or group of campers paying a daily rate to camp. Generally entering one day and exiting the next.

A daily camper may extend their stay by paying an additional fee for each day of camping.  

Deposit

bullet

Our deposits for a camping sites are Non refundable.

bullet

Deposits are the fee paid to the campground to reserve a site for a particular period of time.

bullet

The required deposit is a one night camping fee or an amount set by the campground.

Electric & Water: (upper level only)

Access to Dumping station. (two night minimum)
(Camper must supply an approved holding tank)

Electric:  (upper and middle level)

Access to dumping station for equipped vehicles/units (two night minimum)

Eviction: What happens when you disobey campground rules. Our rules have been established for the benefit of all  guests. In the event of an eviction you will LOSE your camping privileges and fees.

Face Cord (of firewood) -: a unit of wood cut for fuel equal to a stack 4 × 8 feet with lengths of pieces from about 12 to 16 inches in length.

Fire Ban - Usually issued by a governmental entity when extreme dry conditions apply in which open fires could be a hazard to the community. State issued fire bans are generally issued by the State Fire Marshall, Local fire bans are issued by the County Commissioner or the local Fire Chief.

Fire Ban Waiver - A waiver may be issued to individual events providing certain conditions exist and generally require additional proceedures to be maintained during the waiver period.

Guest:

Any person(s) entering the campground to visit a registered camper.

ALL Guests MUST check in with management prior to entering the premises.

Failure to check in will be considered Trespassing.

Monthly:

Monthly camping rates are for the purpose of campers staying at the campsite on a daily basis.

Maximum stay for monthly campers is 6 months.

Monthly sites will be metered for electric

Pets:

Pets are allowed but must be kept leashed.

bullet

Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.  

bullet

We also recommend that pets are NOT left unattended.

We reserve the right to refuse entry of "mean" or "barking" pets.

bullet

Managers will determine what is considered a "mean" pet.

Primitive: (upper & lower levels)

Primitive camping areas are allowed fire pits in designated areas.

Maximum of two (2) tents are allowed per site for one household family.  (one large and one small tent).  

bullet

Additional tents will require the rent of an additional site.  

bullet

Most of the primitive campsites are along the banks of the Wabash River and care for safety should be taken when setting up the site.

Management reserves the right to assign camping areas.

bullet

Maximum  night stays in tents.

Rick (of firewood) - a pile of material (as cordwood) split from short logs.
          Commonly known as a "face cord"

Seasonal:

Our camping season is from Mid April to the last weekend of October.

bullet

The Seasonal Camping Rates are based on only weekend, holiday and vacation use of the site.
The seasonal campers will be invoiced monthly for electric usage.

We allow the camping unit to stay on the site year round at no extra charge.

bullet

Additional fees will applied for off season use of the campsite.

Quiet Time:

Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 am.  

bullet

No loud music or noise is allowed at any time!  

bullet

Please be considerate of fellow campers and respect their Leisure Time.

Visitors:

bullet

Any person(s) entering the campground for any purpose other than immediate camping.

bullet

Visitors MUST check in with management prior to entering the premises.

All visitors MUST pay visitor fee upon entering the campground.

Failure to check in will be considered Trespassing.

ALL non camping Visitors must vacate the premises by 10:00pm

Visitor/Guest Pass:

Visitor/Guest passes are special passes which entitle the visitor/guest access to the campground and facilities.

Guess passes DO NOT include camping fees, Visitors/Guests Must vacate the premises by 10:00 PM.

All Guest Pass holding persons agree to abide by the posted campground rules.

bullet

Persons or families holding a seasonal guest pass, may, at certain times be refused access to any or all of the campground premises.

The campground is for paying Camping guests.  

bullet

There is a NO refund policy for guest pass holding customers.

Weekly:

   Weekly camping is based on campers continued use of the campsite for one week

bullet

A maximum tent stay is 1 week.
